There are children in Maury County that are currently in state custody through no fault of their own - it is because of abuse, neglect, or some other safety concern in the home. Plus, in our county, there are children available through foster care waiting for their forever families right now. We have a very limited number of resource homes available to care for these children. The usual scenario is that more children come in due to abuse, abandonment or neglect and more resource homes close due to stress, family issues (like unemployment) and a lack of support and resources. The need is now, the need is real and the need is right here in Maury County!

It's time for each of us to step up and meet the needs of these children in our own neighborhoods, schools, churches and community. We are asking you to help us care for these precious children through foster care, adoption, respite care, volunteering or donating clothing, equipment, school supplies or by making a financial contribution.

We're Called to Care

Matthew 25:36-40
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. 37Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothed you? 39'When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?' 40The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.'
